We decided to sell our existing one bedroom unit at Cooee Bay and buy another along the coastal strip. Our first unit was listed with Cheyne White and her assistant Tarni Anderson of Ray White Real Estate Yeppoon and was under contract within the first week for a sale price higher than was expected. At the same time we were shown a one bedroom unit at Rosslyn Bay which would be in our price range pending the sale of our Cooee Bay unit so we signed a contract on it . Our first unit sale went through and we then took possession of our new unit 8days later.
