We recently had the pleasure of engaging the services of the lovely Chilli to handle the sale of our much loved family home in Burnett Street. Even though we knew Chilli beforehand on a personal level, we still decided to approach two agents to provide us with the appraisal of our home. Chilli was a clear standout from the word go and we knew immediately she was the right choice for us. Chilli arrived already prepared with a portfolio of comparable and prices of recent past sales around the area within an hour an a half of our first phone call to her. She was keen, interested and compassionate, as she was also very aware that this was a difficult and reluctant sale for us. Her communication was amazing, with many of her phone calls to update us being in the evenings and on the weekend - outside her normal work hours! The sale price she achieved for us was almost spot on with our expectations and the sale was also within the short time frame that we had hoped to sell in. We wish to thank Chilli sincerely for her expertise, professionalism and that genuine personal touch that she provided, we can certainly recommend Chilli and we wouldn't hesitate to engage her again in a heartbeat.
