Chris and Diaman were excellent to deal with throughout our process of selling the family home. We were having trouble finding tradespeople to tidy up the house and Chris was able to recommend several local people who came and did an expert, cost-effective and timely job. Chris and Damian worked very well together and explained the reasoning for all their recommendations very clearly, and kept us fully informed as to interest in the property. We communicated well through whatsApp at all times and we had several on-site meetings to talk about the process that left us in no doubt as to their price expectations, what was needed from us and how they would approach negotiations. As it happened the house was sold quickly before auction and the very good price was no doubt enhanced by Chris's approach in dealing with the competing parties firmly but straightforwardly. Right through the process, the communication of developments has been immediate and we got the feeling that Chris and Damian both knew exactly when we would be anticipating news.

We have sold with Chris on two occasions and in both instances we have achieved great results. His diligent approach, great communication and impressive overall approach to our selling strategy has been outstanding.
