They were communicative throughout the campaign keeping us in the loop with all updates, including the day of auction. We believe that Tim’s and Wendy’s negotiation skills resulted the best possible deal for us.

Tim and staff knew their part in the plan and explained duty and each reacted to issues raised along the way to satisfy us and ensure confidence towards the goal and expected price. At times all involved were expected to provide updates due to the tight timeline and we were totally satisfied along the way. A suggestion is that the choice of those selected to prepare the property for sale should be looked at and I mean the trades, particularly garden and handyman tasks. Pricing was considered unsatisfactory and needed to be addressed. Not applicable to cleaner, stylist and office arrangement. The final touch ups to garden were nice and completed my time spent doing same. As to the next question re how Tim was chosen I have no idea as not involved
