Where do I begin.... from the moment Chris stepped foot in our house he was amazing... his market knowledge of the area was incredible. He devoted hours of time explaining the best sales techniques and methods of sale and never once pressured us into something we were uncomfortable with. After signing up to sell with him via an auction he assisted us in getting the house ready, with advice and providing us contacts who undertook renovations and maintenace work at very low prices and in a very quick timeframe. After listing the house, we had a drama with a crack in our pool and Chris just went into overdrive... for us it was a huge emotional drama, but for Chris it was just part of his job (even though clearly it is not) he worked with the pool company and was able to have them install a new pool shell and landscaping for us. He negotiated all the works to be completed and made himself available to meet contractors and tradesman to undertake work at the house. During this period he still engaged buyers and explained the situation and ultimately got the house under contract subject to the new pool being installed. The building and pest bought a new emotional high and low for us with a few things being picked up and our buyers requesting thousands off the purchase price... again Chris kicked into overdrive and offered to do a lot of the work himself in his own time (free of charge) and organised contractors to do the other small jobs that required professional tradesman at a very low cost.. The poor bugger even got stung by a swarm of wasps whilst undertaking some landscaping work).. long story short is Chris was amazing.. I could go on for hours with other stories of things that happened and how Chris just fixed them and spent hours of his time helping us through this process. I can’t praise him enough and WOULD CERTAINLY RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE!!!! If your thinking of buying or selling you will not regret picking up the phone and calling Chris!! Thanks Chris!!

Chris was our real estate agent for the sale of our home and for the purchase of our new home in Narangba. His knowledge of the area was well grounded. He knew his stuff, valued our home correctly and acted in our best interests throughout. He worked tirelessly to get the top dollar for our house we wanted. He listened to all our concerns throughout the entire process and either addressed them verbally to us and/or acted on them. His counsel and advise was first class, clear and concise. A very personable agent who took the worry out of selling and buying. Even after we had settled on our new property, Chris continued to work with us to ensure that everything went according to our plans. Chris made the purchasing process simple. He was friendly, helpful and quick to get back to us with any queries we had. It was obvious he has a passion for his occupation and is respectful of all involved parties even though we recognise he is acting on behalf of the seller.
