Chris sold my rental property after it had been on the market with another agent for 6 months. He went above and beyond even attending to assist with a break in after the tenants had left prior to settlement as I was out of the country. I would highly recommend Chris, originally we were with another agent and I wasn't happy with the service that we were receiving but we unfortunately were locked in for 90 days. I made a phone call to Chris after a google search and he knew that we were signed with another agent, this didn't deter Chris from assisting me with my inquires before signing Chris on as our agent he went above and beyond to help us as much as possible making phone calls on our behalf not surprising our property did not sell with the other agent so as soon as we could we signed Chris on and our property was sold.

Chris is a great salesman and a very nice guy in general. He will just about do anything for you. He seems to be a very busy bloke sometimes he forgets somethings but he always get backs to you. I would really recommend him.

Chris, is the best agent i have come across! Having sold 10 properties in 20 years i have seen some very poor results from very poor agents!
