My Experience with Chris Clifton. I had listed my property on sale with an agent in Burpengary on the 5th of April. 0n the 30 May I was unfortunately diagnosed with liver cancer. Due to the previous real-estate agent in Burpengary I was not getting service or communication. All I received was Poor photos & a real estate that was not able to achieve goals they set. The lease on my property was ending, the property had been on sale for 80+ days with 9 poor viewings. Due to my health my lovely daughter in-law “Danni” looked after the change of sales agents. Danni incorporated Chris Clifton from Raine and Horne to sell my property. I cannot thank Chris enough for the way he helped Danni and myself through this period. Chris was polite cheerful always there, many times into the night discussing issues with Danni. He took over the change over from the previous agent, ensuring all money and issues were resolved. The photo presentation that Chris organised for my property was excellent and the best I have seen. The Danni informed me that Chris even gave up a weekend to work on some items of improvement. He helped organised a 2 week settlement, saving money from lost tenants, etc. His assistants even in the run up to early settlement was indescribable. Due to delays with postage of transfer papers, the buyers frustrated threatening to cancel. Chris to the rescue again, calmly ensuring the Buys were pacified and that we were doing all possible to ensure Settlement would be delayed minimally. Without Chris’s assistance, I would have lost thousands of dollars, and stuck with my rental property on a declining market.
