Chris was extremely professional, courteous and organised during the sale of my property. I would recommend Chris to anybody wishing to sell their property. I currently live in Kellyville and if needing to sell my home here I would want Chris to do this, even though he is not operating in this area. The agent's in the hills district are extremely arrogant and a bunch of lying scum. One particular agent is Gilmour & Orley at Kellyville. When dealing with Anthony Orley, I requested that the settlement date be brough forward by one week and arrange a goodwill of $10k to aid the owner for the inconvinience of moving out early. Anthony Orley failed to inform the owner of this commitment which then had the settlement date moved 2 weeks later. So I was out of pocket of $10k and lost 2 weeks on settlement. My family and I (with two children 8 and 9) had to stay in a hotel for 2 weeks costing us a further $10k. I will not even recommend Anthony Orley and his agency Gilmour & Orley to even my worst enemies. Chris Davidson actually helped with advice on what I can do with the problem I had with Gilmour & Orley. He went above and beyond to help me with a sale that wasn't even his.
