Highly recommended Chris , Selling your home is a stressful event, chris is a true professional, very knowledgeable ,we are happy with the outcome of the sale in an unpredictable market. Chris kept us well informed every step of the way. We have no hesitation in recommending Chris Delaney

Chris is a very nice person who always give good recomandation and very care about the costumer.

Chris supported us immensely in preparing our property for sale, before a 'for sale' sign even went up much of his work was done. Chris worked with us through the stressful time of selling a house, preparing for auction, and negotiating with purchasers.

Chris has sold two properties for us; an entry level unit and subsequently our first house and we couldn't be happier. We found him to be so relatable, unlike some of the other agents we met with, he took the time to really understand us, what we wanted to achieve and the advice we received was invaluable. The process of selling can be a bit daunting but Chris made it easy, we always knew what was happening every step of the way. I dare say the recent sale of the house was a challenge for him. The heat had come off the market and our house had its detractors but the amount of work he put in really paid off. When that hammer dropped at auction we knew with 100% certainty that Chris got the best result for us. The sale price exceeded our expectations! If you're looking for a trustworthy agent with great industry knowledge I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Chris Delaney.
