IT was a pleasure dealing with you all.. My only concern is that the non refundable deposit issue is by law not needed. Ive checked with solicitors etc. I was happy to pay the deposit and have the cooling off period. But to insist on doing the non refundable deposit and then basically telling me that you would not or could not go any further without it was I feel a little harsh and unnecessary.. I was also not entirely happy with Safe Conveyancing, I dealt with two different people who on occasion revisited the same issue, which had to be addressed AGAIN by myself and the broker. Communication was a little slow. But over all it was all OK.. Just more of a feedback from me than complaint. best ck
