From the start Chris and the team were thoroughly committed to making the sale at a good price without being pushy or obnoxious. They outlined clear expectations based on an evident depth of experience and knowledge about the market, and great awareness about the changing times we find ourselves in. Looking back this was matched by his integrity -he says it the way it is (the good and the not so good), he is a person of his word. Chris worked hard and was diligent in getting the sale done at the best price. Chris and the team were also conscious that for us as vendors this was a new experience, he took the time to listen to us and understand our desires and needs with regard to the sale. He guided us through the process and was considerate of the fact that life and work goes on- even though we were undertaking one of the most significant transactions we will ever undertake. The advertising material, the open houses and the interactions with potential buyers were all excellent. These all contributed to concluding the sale a short time after the property went on the market. I will have no trouble recommending Chris and his team to friends and family if they are looking to sell (or buy).
