I looked at a few of the houses Chris was showing over a 2-month period. Initially I was more interested in other houses and Chris was never too pushy about his houses and always friendly and open. When the other houses I was interested in fell through and I decided to make an offer on one of Chris' houses, Chris worked with me very well to get my offer accepted and signed within a few hours.
