Many thanks to Chris and the team for such a professional and dedicated service in selling our home. The process ran smoothly from start to finish, Chris constantly kept us briefed on progress and handled the final negotiation very well. We are delighted with the result and the great performance from Chris and his team.

Chris has done a great off-the-market sale on our investment property in Northbridge. It was not an easy sale due to our high costs of purchase, but that also reflects how capable Chris is to achieve our expectation. He wasted no time and our costs on advertising and hiring but still managed to sell our property with positive outcome. Chris is professional and patient throughout the process and he always keep us updated about the market and progress. I am happy to recommend Chris to anyone who consider selling their properties.

Even though Chris was acting for the seller, he was very professional and easy to deal with. He gave clear feedback throughout the process, knew the local market and helped to achieve a successful transaction by bridging expectations on both sides.

Chris' s professionalism and knowledge of the local market was what encouraged us to engage Chris. He has a very lovely manner and a good team. He was very helpful and responsive to our concerns and kept us well informed along the sales process
