We asked Chris to find us something in a certain area on a block big enough to park a caravan and that we wanted to downsize. It took a while to find the right property but he got it right. Chris was not a pushy salesman, new the location well and the market.

If he was the last agent left to buy or sell through I wouldn’t go near him. I would prefer to get my 5 year old nephew to do the job instead. Chris is very unprofessional and showed little to no knowledge or interest in the whole contract process. Once the initial contract was signed his whole attitude changed. His work is sloppy and his attitud is a an embarrassment to the real estate industry. On top of this he ignorant and often failed to acknowledge myself and family member on meetups. The whole process was a disgrace and I would not recommend.
