We chose Chris Eustace over 7 other agents of whom either under valued our home or over priced it to get the listing. We had a professional evaluation done prior to receiving sales estimations and Chris's was the closest to the actual true value of the home. We engaged Chris's expertise because we felt he was a natural communicator, realistic and a real people's person but true to himself and his clients.
