Excellent agent, sold house very quickly

Chris Eustace is a very useful real estate agent. I was facing a very difficult situation as the caretaker of my complex was deliberately withholding the business figures for my unit, effectively preventing its sale. The caretaker was a bankrupt and had the idea that he would buy my unit at his price. My previous sales agent had been fobbed off by these shenanigans and told me he had the business information. In reality, he was lazily referring potential buyers to the caretaker who was running down the unit. This went on for over a year until I confronted the agent (who patronisingly thought I was a nag) and sacked him. I explained the situation to Chris who confronted the caretaker, obtained the information and kept me informed at all times. Chris treated me with respect and intelligence, even though his commission was small. Chris focussed on being pro-active and sold my unit in a few weeks. I really appreciate his courteous service and commend his diligence. He is very approachable, and if you want an efficient agent who will treat you with intelligence, I highly recommend him.

When my offer to buy the apartment Chris showed me was accepted, there was a big hurdle to get over. The owner of the apartment had just signed a new 12 month lease with the tenant. I wanted the apartment as my home, and was desperate to settle and move in quickly. Chris was able to do some very clever negotiating with the owner, and the tenant, so that I was able to move into the apartment in less than 6 weeks.
