Trying to buy a property is generally quite stressful in and of itself, but particularly in the current climate of the pandemic and lockdowns. Chris was extremely patient, understanding and helpful, despite a couple of hiccups on my end, and definitely made the process far less taxing than it would otherwise have been.

His experience was evident in his appraisal of our home which turned out to be spot on. Chris spoke to us at least once a day to let us know what was happening with our sale and provided a written report on interactions with all parties who attended inspections. We were really impressed with how hard he worked for us and how well he dealt with Covid lockdown restrictions.

Through out our search, each team member was friendly, helpful and happy to go above and beyond until we found the right house for us. From the first time we met Chris at the house, he was genuine, helpful and happy to answer all of our questions. We then worked closely with him in the lead up to the auction and he was more than accomodating and got all our questions answered and there were many! On the day of the auction, Chris was incredibly supportive which helped calm our nerves and we went on to win the auction. Even after the sale and settlement, Chris continued to be wonderful to deal with and we could not imagine buying from any other agent!
