Disappointing. Wasn’t sure if he knew who was paying his commission. Misled us, didn’t act in our best interest and basically forced our hand by putting us in a position we could not back out of. Lied to our conveyancer and yelled at both the conveyancer and us as vendors. The rest of H&V seem nice but will never us this guys again.

First of all this was our first property purchase in Australia so not much to compare with, however I must say that Chris is exceeded our expectations by far. He was very helpful and professional, answering all our questions and addressing all our concerns. Was patient and clearly communicating everything to us including purchasing process itself. He was so nice to us and even invited whole family to stick big "SOLD" sticker on the banner, meet the previous owners and gave us very warming little present at the end. We honestly wasn't expecting that! I think he and his team is doing so many things on the completely different level to the rest of the market like 3D online property inspection that it's hard to ignore the difference.

Chris was spot on with his market knowledge of the area where we purchased. As a purchaser I felt that Chris was working in the best interests of the vendor whilst also being very respectful and professional to me as a potential purchaser. Although initially we did not proffer the highest offer and lost out on the property, Chris maintained his professional approach and courtesy with me despite his sale not involving me. As things turned out the initial purchaser was unable to complete and Chris reverted to me and I purchased the property. I can say in all honesty that if Chris had not demonstrated such high professionalism, courtesy and integrity I would have either walked away from further discussions or may have taken advantage of the vendors situation and provided a low offer. I feel that due to mutual respect, honesty and trust formed between Chris being vendors agent and us as purchaser we were able to side step any frivolous or time wasting activities and get the deal done to the benefit of us and the vendor.
