Chris was attentive, communicated with us every step of the way - went above and beyond to make sure he kept potential buyers and us in the race. We had one buyer in the first week for the right price unfortunately as a result of a building report which was risk averse in the extreme that buyer got cold feet and in the current market we didn't think we'd find another. Chris's patience and determination achieved what we thought may well be impossible and found another buyer.
