In this market, we all need a highly skilled agent working with a great team. Chris and the Buxton team delivered for us. I highly recommend them. The moment Chris came into our home, he saw the positives in it, understood the market for it and gave us a clear sales value range (and we sold in this range). She kept the process going, was super responsive and kept us informed on what was happening. This is not to be undervalued as selling is an intense time and confusion is just what you don’t need. We also traveled a bit during the process, which I am sure was not helpful, but she never let on and was flexible around it. Dmitri, working in sales with Chris, was great. He was totally solid, reliable and the guy you need to be there. He will present your house well, making potential buyers feel welcome and well informed.
