Chris is personable, knowledgeable and takes a no bullsh*t approach. Easy going but gets the work done quickly and without fuss. I'd say Chris made my life so easy while selling I didn't loose one minute of sleep and am truly grateful for such a positive outcome thanks to his expertise.
