We had made contact with Chris to be on the lookout for a home for us to buy. We let him know what we were looking for, and a rough budget. He was great with communicating to us anything that came up that he thought we may be interested in, even if it was not being sold by him as the agent. In the end the perfect house we were looking for in the region we wanted came up, and Chris got in contact with us straight away. He went out of his way time and time again to answer any questions from us and eventually meet us for a private inspection at very short notice. We made an offer that same day, and Chris walked us through the whole process. We had paperwork signed within a few hours. Chris's communication with us through finance and settlement has been fantastic. Any calls, messages or emails are answered very quickly.
