I found Chris was kind and helpful. He was open and seemed honest. He did try to be helpful and the plumber came really quickly to replace the broken kitchen tap. In saying that I was a bit disappointed that he promised me that I would get the house with my first offer which didn’t happen. I feel like I should have made a lower offer initially. The guy that was coming to clean the garage and paving did’t turn up to finish the job. The house wasn’t clean after the cleaners had come back, which Chris had arranged. The house just smelt really strongly of bleach and the kitchen was greasy and dirty. I am happy with my purchase and I did find Chris to be as helpful as he could be.
