Solid knowledge of the local market. Gave us good advice about preparing our property for sale. Backed by a great team including a Kim and Sarah. Liked the weekly report on OFI’s. We were after a quick sale so compromised on holding out for a higher price but are very happy with the couple buying our place. We purchased the property through Unreal and their honesty, integrity and ethics were the reason we chose to use them for our sale.
