After Chris put the “for sale” up on our property on the Monday, we had 6 groups through on the Wednesday, 1 on the Friday and 31 groups through on the “open for inspection” on Saturday. By the end of that Saturday, there were 7 offers received and the property was under contract by the end of the day.
