Chris is always available, can call you even outside business hours. He is prepared to go further than usual real estate agent responsibilities to add value to your property. For example he advised on the things that needed to be fixed for the property to get a better price and organised this fix very quickly. He understands the market well, he is very energetic and outgoing. He also helped me with issues that I could not solve myself due to me living in Sydney and selling property in Brisbane.
