good to work with and encouraging. Only reservation is that I always believed the expected market value to be higher than that argued by he agents. I feel that there is a culture of trying to keep my expectations low, allegedly to attract more of the lower end buyers to the house but in my view presumably to lower my 'reserve' price and therefore increase the property sales turnover and profile of the agents "% sold" statistics. I am an engineer in my thinking and like to deal with facts where possible so don't like the idea that everybody presumes the real price is 10% or higher than the stated range.
