Very happy with Chris professionalism and efficiency overall. However at the signing of the contract of sale Chris negotiated with the buyer on the settlement date (75 days) without any reference to me. This was very disappointing because I had previously told Chris on the advice of Nick Renna I should go for 90 days and if settlement on my new property occurred earlier then an earlier settlement date could be negotiated with the purchaser. I think Chris doesn’t listen to clients as closely as he should given the importance of such decisions being made. Also I felt the purchaser became more relevant to Chris than myself, the seller, immediately the sale was made. I should have been consulted re settlement date
