Unfortunately I had just arrived from overseas and this my first purchase. Chris was unbelievably rude and uncoaprotive once I had signed. He did not explain the process and the conditions. We later found out that the property belonged to someone that worked for him. Just a horrible experience by a decieving man.

He always kept me informed of the progress and interest in the property and had very helpful ideas on how to make the property more presentable to buyers.
