Chris mostly communicated with my brother, acting as my agent, and was fair and transparent from the get go, making it easy to make a purchase that worked for both me and the vendor. I appreciate that he was always open about the vendor's intentions and what price would sell. I would highly recommend him for other buyers (and vendors).
