Let's be honest. Buying a house in the current market is unpleasant. Your average agent makes an already unpleasant process worse. HOWEVER, Chris is not your average agent - he really is a breath of fresh air amongst the wider real estate fraternity. He is genuine, honest and helpful - and leaves out the jibberjabber. As the buyer, clearly I was not his customer - but nonetheless, he always made us feel valued and went the extra mile while still achieving the best price for his vendor. I can't help but get the feeling that Chris just convinced us to take the first offer so he could take his commission and get into the next sucker. The, all so important, marketing campaign was a fizzer - the photos were poor, and Chris didn't get us any free advertising in the local papers, or anywhere else for that matter. In retrospect, Chris should have advised us to wait for more, and tried to drum up more interest by putting some effort into it, but he didn't, he convinced us this was as good as it was going to get - he was wrong.

Chris was very professional, knowledgeable and consistent with his advice throughout the sale process. He helped to ease our nerves and supported us whenever required.
