mr kazonis provided useful information prior to the auction. however, it was after the auction that mr kazonis's service was most useful. mr kazonis and his staff were very diligent in seeking a suitable tenant for my property and providing timely inspections of the property. valuable feedback was also provided on the appropriateness of the rent that we were seeking. the end result was that my property was rented in a reasonably short time, given the current market. in addition, mr kazonis negotiated a 2 year lease term, with an increase in rent in year 2. I was very pleased with this outcome.
