Friendly and informative staff, helpful low cost ideas on how to give the house the ( as Chris would say) "Wow factor" did work in our favor. Great feedback on interested parties and open house attendees. Showed great patience and professionalism in dealing with the various family members of the estate , some of which were not the best to deal with. Would recommend Drakos Realty to all those seeking to sell their house.

Chris managed to get us about $300,000 above what another agent was promising, on the sale of our house. This is the second time Chris has managed to get us a really good sale price on a property we were selling. He really knows West End and has a bank of clients he can draw from. He got us (successful) offers on both our properties within 8 days, before we had even officially listed with him. We found him incredibly fast, a great communicator and has always delivered on his promises. By far the best sales agent we have ever dealt with. Highly recommended.
