Overall we had a very positive experience with Chris & Desiree from Stone Real Estate. They kept us involved in the process - it was longer than usual given we had to make the property more presentable for sale. They were always available on the phone, or in person. I found them to be very good at forming strong relationships, with us, as well as potential buyers. Our property went to auction and they secured 6 potential buyers, in a market that was proving quite difficult and in winter too! They got to know our property intimately and took a lot of care in understanding the intricacies, they met with our neighbours to better understand the neighbourhood and the surrounds. The auction itself was quite a thrill as the house sold above the reserve.
