We have used Chris on two occasions to sell our north shore properties - he is incredibly passionate, honest and transparent in all his dealings and have found him to go above and beyond to ensure we not only get a great result but makes the process seamless. We appreciate all his efforts and would highly recommend Chris to anyone who is looking to sell!
I've worked with many agents over 30+ years on both sales and purchases. Hands down, Chris is by far the best. Chris is the consummate professional. He's the person you want on your side when you're selling. His communication is excellent, and his advice is always correct. Chris will let you know what you should and shouldn't do to your property to get the best price, and if you're unable to arrange for work to be done (as was the case for us, as we were remote), he'll happily arrange to have it done for you. He appears to have access to all sorts of quality trades' people who are available at very short notice. Chris sets realistic expectations regarding the sale price based on his extensive research and knowledge, and then he exceeds those expectations and breaks what you believed were the limits of the market. I have no hesitation in recommending Chris as an agent with integrity, and who gets results.
I had a great experience working with Chris and his team. He is professional, dedicated and driven by delivering the best possible results.
Chris was thorough, professional & so easy to deal with. The rapport he built speaks volumes to his skill & his dedication to his clients. Chris was always available going above and beyond. His guidance throughout the campaign was reassuring. We would have no hesitation in recommending Chris whether looking to sell or buy.
I’m very satisfied as I have received the services I was seeking overall.
Chris provides excellent service; he was honest and transparent throughout our campaign and certainly willing to go the extra mile to ensure the best result possible. He offered support to navigate the various sale requirements and kept us well informed with regular updates and communication every step of the way. We can highly recommend Chris Keane.
Chris Keane and his team at Stone never missed a beat. They were professional, friendly, clear collaborators throughout the whole process. Going above and beyond. This is the fourth time I have collaborated with Chris to purchase and sell property. Over the last 12 years our relationship has been seamless and trouble free. Thank you with all my heart for your good work.
We’re very happy that we engaged Chris and his team to assist with our sale and highly recommend him. Chris is an excellent communicator, professional in his approach, and very knowledgeable. We felt very comfortable and confident in Chris and trusted his guidance and decision making.
Chris and his team know the market, produced excellent advertising and wide coverage. Resulting in an acceptable outcome in a complex situation.
Ive tried several times to write a review that would say everything that expresses how we feel about the sale of Mum and Dads unit but as it is such an emotional time for all of us this is all I can put into words. Chris and Maggie have been and are absolutely fabulous! We will be forever grateful for the amazing sale price you achieved for Mum and Dad and personally so thankful for all your assistance, patience and understanding throughout the campaign. Thank you so much x
My sister and I had an emotional sale after moving our parents into care. Chris was kind, empathetic and patient. We got an amazing result and are so happy our parents long term home has gone to another family to fill with new memories. Thank you Chris.
