Chris will let you know what you should and shouldn't do to your property to get the best price, and if you're unable to arrange for work to be done (as was the case for us, as we were remote), he'll happily arrange to have it done for you. He appears to have access to all sorts of quality trades' people who are available at very short notice. Chris sets realistic expectations regarding the sale price based on his extensive research and knowledge, and then he exceeds those expectations and breaks what you believed were the limits of the market.
