This is the 2nd time Chris has sold a property for me and despite uncertain times and a rapidly changing market he managed to move my place on, at the value estimated (rather than some inflated fantasy price). The team worked hard with potential buyers of course, but also went over and above to help me present my home at its best. Even lent me a trailer!
