Her price point was where we had hoped it would be. Stacey arranged for pics on a Tue, advertisement uploaded to realestate.com on a Thur, open house that Sat & contracts to consider on Mon. Contract signed shortly after. We settled on the higher offer which was also commercially the best...Stacey exceeded our expectations.
