About Chris

Chris Liu was destined to become a high-achieving sales professional in the City of Whitehorse. He was raised in China, and grew up watching his parents buy and sell property with tremendous success. A number of years ago, Chris found himself spending time helping his friends find houses in Australia. “I enjoyed it so much that I decided to make it my career,” Chris says. That was in 2012. Since that time, his sincere approach, local market knowledge and top-notch negotiation skills have endeared him to many people within the local and international community. Chris is a confident, people-person, fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese. He is a qualified agent’s representative and achieved a Certificate IV in Building and Construction from Deakin University. A possibility thinker, Chris brings vast business and property knowledge to the table; making him exactly the right person to guide his clients, whether they are looking to develop, sell, buy or invest. He previously owned a coffee shop in Melbourne’s CBD. Then, after buying his first home, he went on to become a property developer, working on his own projects. “My key practices are planning, efficiency and follow-up,” says Chris. “My aim is to see my clients achieve their goals as smoothly as possible.” He understands what it is like to move to a new country and start afresh. “I love my work,” says Chris. “It’s so rewarding to see people realise their aspirations.” With his energetic approach, customer care and established connections, he is winning plenty of repeat business.
