The home that I had been trying to sell through other agents, was still on the market after 6 months. Needless to say, I had ample time to finish off some items on the house which were not critical to the sale, as the important stuff had already been done. Anyway, after a lot of promises and misleading price points being set by other agents, it finally came off the market due to no offers being presented. I looked around for a serious 'dynamic duo" team for my next agent, and I came across team Chris & Jai Lovell. I primarily dealt with Chris and throughout our discussions, he was professional, honest and upfront with his views on price points, marketing etc. It was important to hear these statements from Chris, as I had previously been living with my head in the sand based on the original agent's guidance.
