The home that I had been trying to sell through other agents, was still on the market after 6 months. Needless to say, I had ample time to finish off some items on the house which were not critical to the sale, as the important stuff had already been done. Anyway, after a lot of promises and misleading price points being set by other agents, it finally came off the market due to no offers being presented. I looked around for a serious 'dynamic duo" team for my next agent, and I came across team Chris & Jai Lovell. I primarily dealt with Chris and throughout our discussions, he was professional, honest and upfront with his views on price points, marketing etc. It was important to hear these statements from Chris, as I had previously been living with my head in the sand based on the original agent's guidance. Chris broke through all those ideas and through consultation with me, we were able to come up with a battle plan that would eventually see the home sold. Chris was great with his negotiation skills, and certainly regular with his communications as well. You could almost set your clock for the weekly download on the property's sale performance. Chris was honest in his comments, and did not sugar coat things to suit what I wanted to hear, and I found that to be a refreshing outcome. Once the home was under offer, Chris was able to get all parties focussed on closing the sale and then following through further post sale.
