Chris did a very good job selling our block of land. We had a contract in about 3 weeks. It was a very solid price that was negotiated and I think both parties were happy with the result. The buyers were from overseas and there were a few problems with the long settlement , but when there were issues chris was available to work through each problem even when he was travelling overseas himself.
