I didn’t have much to do with Chris during the purchase of my first house even though it was being sold by him. I mainly dealt with his assistant Lauren. I feel as though the real estate could have been on the ball a bit more with the seller, making sure they had fixed things in time and submitted documents. Wasn’t a pleasant experience purchasing my first house due to the amount of stress I was put under.
We bought our new home through Chris and found him to be very personable and professional.
Chris did everything in his power to sell our property. I found him honest and trustworthy.

I have brought and sold about seven houses. I have never thought that real estate agents are worth their money. As I have always done most of the work, even closing a sale once. While the real estate agent stood around the corner. I had had a nightmare with my rental and it was time to get out. It was tenanted, so it was going to take time. I had had one agent out to the house, they were too salezy it you know what I mean. Not natural I guess. Then I called Harcourts to see about another agent. I spoke to Chris and said I would get back to him. I did not. However, Chris being professional continued to contact me. Not to often, I did not consider it intrusive. We meet and one of the first things I said to him is that I hate real estate agents. It took it really well. I explained my past experiences, he sat there and nodded like a therapist. Waiting for his open. He details Harcourts and his success. I felt comfortable because Chris is natural. Anyway we sold the property quickly and for more than I expected. Chris always communicated even after hours. I am thinking of how to describe him.... Not doubt he is professional, friendly and willing to take a minor bit of crap from you. :-) It was probably more crap than that, but I don't want to make myself seem bad. Bottom line - Chris is without a doubt the best real estate agent I have ever used. He will make it as easy and successful for you as he can. The only problem is - I am now in the last house I will ever need :-)

I would rate my experience with Chris as excellent. Chris provided information about the Mandurah property market I could not know unless I was inside the real estate industry. Chris provided timely updates to the progress of the sale so I was never left guessing what was happening.
