He has been amazing, nothing too difficult and very professional. the house sold basically on the first open day. The price negotiated, I believe, was fair to both parties. Chris is a superb real estate agent because he knows the industry and it's processes inside out, but he's aware that it can be overwhelming and intimidating to those who aren't as familiar with it all and he goes the extra mile to ensure that his clients are coping with everything. From the first time we met Chris (at an open house we attended out of the blue) he was considerate, unfailingly polite and never pushy.
