Chris was a neighbour and was most helpful in selling my deceased mother's property. The furnished property was available for open house for only one weekend and Chris was able to find a purchaser for us on that one weekend. Chris was often in contact with us, keeping us informed of the selling process up until the time the purchaser paid their 10% deposit, after that we hardly heard from him. I was disappointed that I didn't receive a response to my phone call and sms on 2nd October and had to email the office to get an answer to my question about the property. Great approach and repertoire of knowledge of the current realestate climate

We had a number of challenges arise during the cooling off period. Chris worked closely with the vendor and purchaser to arrive at a position that worked for both parties. There were some significant issues to work through and Chris was constantly communicating and coming up with solutions to keep the deal alive. Nothing was too much trouble and Chris delivered on all of his commitments. Without his persistence it is quite possible that the sale would not have happened. He even watered the plants for me in between inspections! It was great to work with Chris and I am very happy with my new home.

This was our second time selling with Chris and it was as satisfactory as our first excellent experience. Chris is knowledgeable and kept us abreast of all the issues we needed to understand in any decision making. We are confident we got the best price in the best time frame.
