Although the price was lower that our expectations due to the climate at the time of sale (covid-19) we were still satisfied with the final results.

Chris was a neighbour and was most helpful in selling my deceased mother's property. The furnished property was available for open house for only one weekend and Chris was able to find a purchaser for us on that one weekend. Chris was often in contact with us, keeping us informed of the selling process up until the time the purchaser paid their 10% deposit, after that we hardly heard from him. I was disappointed that I didn't receive a response to my phone call and sms on 2nd October and had to email the office to get an answer to my question about the property.
