Despite the fact that the market had dropped when we put our house up for sale Chris was very persistent and tried very hard to get us the best price possible. I would recommend him to anyone trying to sell their home.

Chris was a pleasure to deal with, the purchase of our recent property was smooth, fast and most importantly, FUN! Chris has a lot of experience and knowledge of the Blue Mountains region, so when he was selecting property's for us to have a look at, there was no unnecessary time wasting, he knew what we wanted pretty quickly. One of Chris's qualities is, he doesn't apply huge pressure during negotiation phase, he sets the expectations of the vendor early, so we're all on the same playing field. We also never felt pressured into buying something we didn't love and there were no 165 missed calls from him asking "How I was feeling". Lastly, work ethic is bang on, I remember completing the deal at 7pm on Sunday night, this never felt like an issue from Chis, however, I know it must have been a pain in the rear. Looking back at the experience that we had with Chris and the One Agency team, my wife and I couldn't have asked for a better agent and team.
