unlike many real estate agents chris manages to make his clients feel heard....he doesn't just roll out the reals estate rhetoric. he seems genuinely interested in answering all questions to the best of his ability...or finding out the answer and contacting you back...this is rare in the real estate game where many seem either arrogant or jaded in their interactions with buyers...or sellers ? he "goes the extra mile"...very much appreciated in the stressful business of buying and selling ones home ! thanks again chris :-)

What we found with Chris was excellent communication ,honesty , and nothing was ever to much hassle . We had a price that we wanted for out property and other real estates told us that we would not get that price ! But Chris got the price and within one month . Do not hesitate to list your property with Chris Rigney as you will not be disappointed .
