Great market knowledge, realistic but professional approach and worked to get the best result for both us as buyers and the vendor. Proactively managed our purchase and always kept us informed. We would have no hesitation recommending Chris to anyone thinking of buying or selling a property.

Chris Ryan is how all Real Estate Agents should be measured. He represented our sale professionally and with great integrity. He also acted single handedly as Project Manager for the entire house renovation. Nothing was too much trouble for him.

Chris was knowledgeable about the market in this area, he was approachable and was willing to follow up on any outstanding queries about the property. Chris kept in touch and was contactable at all hours and received calls and emails with great good humour.

Chris was very friendly, straight forward and willing to answer any questions I had promptly.

We couldn't thank Chris enough for his assistance whilst buying our forever home, he constantly kept us updated and responded to our queries promptly, professionally and always with a smile. Thanks Chris !

Chris was in clear continuous contact, gave excellent suggestions and made a difficult process easy.

Chris was excellent in knowledge and helping the transition so simple. Would recommend Chris any time.

We purchased a property through Chris and had a great experience. He was friendly, responsive and professional. He was very accommodating to all those appointments/inspections you need to book in when purchasing. We would highly recommend Chris!

Chris was a fantastic realtor. He went above and beyond selling our home. This was our third home we have sold but the first time we used Chris and I wouldn’t hesitate to use him again, if only we had found him sooner! He had multiple offers after the first open home and we had a contract signed within 24 hours - we can’t thank him enough for taking the stress out of this sale :)

Chris was amazing by keeping in contact continously and giving me encouragement and advice about selling our property so that we were free to purchase here at Biggera Waters. He did not pressure us but kept us up to date at all times.

Professional, easy to deal with and will go the extra mile. Highly Recommend

From our first meeting with Chris it was obvious he had the appropriate knowledge, communication skills and personality for my wife and I to gladly engage him as the agent to market our property. Chris couldn't be more helpful with tips on presentation and marketing and on settlement even offered to assist with moving. A genuine professional and nice bloke who knows how to get the job done. I highly recommend Chris for your real estate needs.
