Chris was friendly and helpful with the purchase of my new property. I visited the property multiple times before submitting a contract and Chris’s attention to answering my questions didn’t change, which was nice .

I found Chris to be very approachable, professional & thoughtful throughout my experience in both seeking & buying a property. I would recommend him if you are seeking to buy, or sell, a property in the Broadwater area.

Punctual and Business like. Would recommend to anyone wanting a quick easy sale.

Open agent , refer Chris Ryan to handle my unit . He got in touch and yes , at first statement I knew he was the one I want to do business with . Processed were straight forward and fees and other related expenses were spelt clearly on the contract . I reside on the other state , in this regard need a solicitor which he gladly send a couple names and just the same I am 100% satisfied to their services . Excess fund on the sale was directly deposited on time . Lastly I won’t , hesitate to recommend his services to interested seller s who are looking for a professional and trusted agent .

I can highly recommend Chris to buy your next property from. He has a good knowledge of the local area, is friendly, helpful and communications were always prompt and clear. Definitely a 5 star rating.

The old house needed to be prepared for sale and Chris happily project managed the preparation. His handling of the sale and negotiations was professional met expectations.

I was a first-time homebuyer with very little knowledge about how to find the best place for me. Chris instantly made me feel comfortable and at ease through the whole process. He is honest and hands-on, and he really helped to take the pressure off of me as I was still in the viewing process. I never felt forced to make an offer and when I finally found the “perfect place” and ended up in a bidding war, Chris walked me through every step of the negotiations. He had my back right up until settlement date and after. He even graced me with a beautiful basket of goodies to welcome me in my new place. If anyone ever talks about looking for a new home, I always recommend Chris to them!

Chris communicated with me regularly to keep me in the loop of the progression of the sale. He also has a good knowledge of the area that he works in.
