Chris gave us his recommendations based on his knowledge of the area in which we were selling. We took his advise and could not have been happier with the outcome. On the day of the open home, his marketing strategy paid off and we had approx. 30 groups come through. By the end of the day, after all negotiations were done, we had a price for our home, far greater than our expectations.
