After living here for 37 years, it was the first time we had sold a house. Chris was very thorough in explaining the process and kept us up to date on the sale proceedings throughout. Excellent communicator and very real estate knowledgeable. I would give Chris 5 stars for his work, but was slightly underwhelmed with the photography and website marketing.

Chris gave us his recommendations based on his knowledge of the area in which we were selling. We took his advise and could not have been happier with the outcome. On the day of the open home, his marketing strategy paid off and we had approx. 30 groups come through. By the end of the day, after all negotiations were done, we had a price for our home, far greater than our expectations. The settlement of the contract was finalised on the same day that cooling off ended.
